Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Shipping: Send your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting customer support for assistance with the exchange process.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product details before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
